Centre Point Recruitment is now recruiting on behalf of a leading independent estate agency that is looking to recruit a Sales & Compliance Coordinator for their very successful sales team.
This role is instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of compliance throughout the process of bringing a new property to market and putting properties under offer, as well as overseeing the sales conveyancing process and supporting the team in all aspects of their day-to-day activities.
Duties
Compliance
-
Coordinate and manage all compliance-related activities involved in bringing a new property to market, including completing land registry checks.

Conduct thorough Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, demonstrating a meticulous approach to compliance.

Obtain & verify signed terms and necessary documentation from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Sales Conveyancing

Liaising effectively between the sales team and solicitors to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.

Prepare & distribute sales memos, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Perform comprehensive AML checks for prospective buyers, ensuring full compliance with all legal requirements.

Coordinate & manage the process of obtaining & organising keys for property access prior to completion.

Generate accurate sales invoices.
Documentation

Maintain impeccably organised and up-to-date records of compliance-related documentation for all properties.

Ensure meticulous completing, signing, and filing of all necessary legal documents and contracts.

Accurately upload properties to the online portals and company website and create brochures for new listings.

Arrange & upload EPCs, photos, and floorplans.
Collaboration

Foster excellent relationships with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and a cohesive sales process.

Provide support & guidance to colleagues regarding compliance requirements and procedures.

Actively participate in team meetings, delivering comprehensive updates on compliance and sales conveyancing activities.

Assist with answering incoming phone calls and provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ experience from within a similar role within the estate agency industry.

Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance procedures, regulations, and best practices related to property sales in the UK.

Familiarity with Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and relevant legal documentation.

Impeccable attention to detail along with exceptional organisational skills.

Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).

Work hours

8:45am to 6pm Monday to Friday

This role is fully office based.
