Our client, an established property management company based in Hertfordshire, that specialises in the block/estate arena of the industry, are seeking an experienced Block Manager to join their ever-growing team.
Duties

Responsible for the full management of circa 15 blocks / 500 units within their “prem black” division (standard residential builds / New-build flats)

Responsible for overseeing reactive maintenance and where necessary, ensuring that job orders are raised appropriately before sending contractors to site, whilst keeping the customer informed.

Maintain your tasks and those of any service manager working with you.

Promote customer service excellence through leading by example and always ensure the best customer experience is provided.

Communicate frequently with customers you are dealing with, ensuring at every touch point they are kept informed and updated with progress of a job, task, project or query.

Obtain feefo’s in line with company OKR of 50 feefo’s per month, to ensure company and personal growth.

To provide monthly reports on time, accurately and in the format/method requested.

Issuing of all Major works, accountable for Notices and overseeing works, ensuring that all formalities are adhered to

Ensure monthly/quarterly newsletters are well presented with useful content and sent out on time

No more than 5% variance on budget vs actual expenses at year end in any accounting period
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years specific block management experience

An ambitious individual with a can-do attitude.

Within 45 minute drive/commute of Borehamwood
Work hours

9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (1 day per week from home of your choice)
