This Client Accountant vacancy will see the successful candidate hold responsibility for all aspects financial transactions and client accounting for the business.
Duties

Maintain accurate financial records for the company.

Record all financial transactions including client accounts.

Reconcile banking, credit card statements, and petty cash on a monthly basis.

Process company supplier invoices and ensure timely payment.

Raise sales, lettings, and property management invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

Prepare and reconcile VAT returns.

Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.

Ensure compliancy with all financial regulations & legislation.
Requirements

Previous experience (4+ years) of working within a similar accounts/bookkeeper position within an estate agency environment (ESSENTIAL).

Strong knowledge of accountancy principles and practices.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Work hours

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
