Our client, an established property consultancy based in the City of London, are seeking a RIC’s registered Valuations Surveyor to join their ever-growing team.
Duties
-
Property Valuations – Valuation of a range of commercial and residential properties.

Development Consultancy – Valuation of new homes to be built or recently constructed.

Valuation of mixed and residential-led new-build developments for both private and affordable tenure.

housing, as well as commercial space.

Advising clients in the form of Red Book-compliant valuation reports.

Understanding of town planning and development.

Client care in terms of existing workstreams and the creation of new work and clients.

Lease Advisory – Presently, advising mainly our Property Management landlord clients across Greater London and the Home Counties in a full range of matters in relation to landlord and tenant matters.
Requirements

Minimum of 4 years specific Valuations experience (Commercial & Residential)

RICS Registered Valuer
Work hours
-
9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (3 days per week from home of your choice)
