Our client, an established multi-branch independent estate agency based in South West London, are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team and head up the lettings department, being responsible for a team of 5.
Duties

Responsible for leading a team of 5 (including two other property manager’s) with a fully managed portfolio of circa 400 residential properties.

Being the first point of contact for tenant issues and landlord requests.

Resolving maintenance issues and co-ordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors for access as well as appropriate approvals.

Ensuring statutory certificates and all compliance issues are up-to-date and satisfactory.

Managing inspections & following up on issues.

Managing renewals and move outs.

Serving and advising on Section 8 and Section 21 notices as and when required

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience

Analyse customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Collaborate with the other team members to address customer/client’s needs and concerns

Oversee customer service operations, including budget management, staffing, and reporting.
Requirements

Extensive experience within the property industry
-
Minimum of 2 years Senior/Team leader experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Work hours
-
Office based Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday at head office in South West London

You will be required to work 1 in every 5 Saturday’s, with one weekday off in lieu the same week of your choice.
