Centre Point Recruitment have partnered with a well-respected, independent property company based in Hampstead (NW3), which is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator.
Duties

Manage any maintenance queries for a small portfolio of residential properties in the local Hampstead area.

Ensure certificate compliancy (EPC, EICR, gas safety etc.) across the portfolio.

Liaise with tenants, landlords, and registered contractors.

Issue legal notices when they are required.

Prepare tenancy agreements and negotiate renewals.

Manage the check-in/check-out process at the start and end of each tenancy.

Handle deposit registrations and negotiate settlements.

Arrange payment of rent and utility bills, and chase arrears when required.
Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience within lettings administration.

A basic understanding of property management and accounts.

Superb communication skills (verbally and written).

Excellent planning & organisational skills.

Be a real team player with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Work hours
-
9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

This role is fully office based.
